For each candidate you receive: a structured resume data extract, aptitude score with section breakdown, domain test score and percentile, AI interview transcript, dimension-by-dimension feedback (confidence, clarity, depth, structure, relevance), and an overall fit score. All candidate data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Data is processed only for the hiring context it was submitted for. Candidates are informed of how their data is used. We follow standard data processing practices and can provide a data processing agreement for enterprise clients.
